Hart Water Softeners

We had a block salt water softener installed in September and within days noticed a huge improvement in our water softness. The added bonus was the reduction of limescale, which improved the toilets and taps.

The installation, which included extra pipe work, only took half a day and was very neat. We would recommend anyone with hard water to have a softener installed and Hart Water did an excellent job.

Great workmanship, very punctual, extremely tidy. The guys arrived bang on time and worked hard for the couple of hours that they were here. They put a padded protective mat down in the ares that they were working, as well as dust sheets. They fully explained the operating procedure, and helped us set up our online account. Completely cleared everything up and left the place spotless. Would highly recommend them.

Hart Water completed the installation of a new Eco500 Water Softener at my home. The work was carried to very high standard and in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend to anyone intending to have a softener fitted.

I was extremely pleased with Hart Water. They were tidy, worked cleanly and very pleasant to deal with. The softener fits neatly under the sink and I still have room for all my cleaning products too. Adrian was very informative and helpful. There was no fuss.

Very thorough - excellent standard of workmanship as well. Took just under 1/2 a day and tidied up afterwards. Everything was explained, inc pros and cons of each softener and also answered any questions thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for such quick efficient service! We had no water on Sunday night, Adrian fitted in a quick visit on Monday to asses our situation and bypass our worn out water softener of 12 years plus so we had water again. We asked about a new softener and Adrian gave us three options and fully explained the benefits of each option with no pressure as to what one we chose. It was ordered right away for us and was fitted on Friday morning. We had phone calls and updates as to the delivery of the new softener. Communication was excellent! I would highly recommend Adrian and his son for their excellent service, rates and friendly personal service! It's refreshing to know there are still genuine, traditional, honest tradesmen that you can trust.

The water softener is working well and I have been pleasantly surprised by the real difference it makes. I am a cynical person at the best of times about things like this but am pleased it does exactly what it says. The bathrooms now stay clean, shower screens need a quick wipe and our daughters dry skin is so much better and now never an issue. My water softener is still fabulous.  There is no scale on any of my taps and soap lathers beautifully,  just like it did when I was a child in the soft water of Manchester.  It needs no maintenance (other than salt every few months) and just sits quietly under the sink.  Thank you also for working so well with my kitchen fitter.  He really didn't think that it would fit under the Butler sink, together with the boiling water tap and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher and drainage from the bathroom,  but by working together,  you both made it fit and work so efficiently.  I recommend you to anyone considering buying a softener, thank you.

If you’re looking for a water softener solution don't look anywhere else. Hart Water did a fantastic job for me. Arrived on time, gave me all the information I needed, carried out the job with no mess, no fuss and it works brilliantly. I suffer with really dry skin and since moving to Red Lodge the hard water was really giving me grief. Since Adrian installed the softener I've stopped using any kind of moisturiser at all, which for the past 55 years has been unheard of. I know its summertime and skin conditions often improve but never to the point where I could stop using moisturiser. I honestly can't fault Hart Water.
